As a Professional Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and ANCC Board Certified facility, we take pride in serving our patients with compassionate care in a warm and friendly outpatient setting.
Upstate Mental Health is a nurse practitioner-owned and nurse-operated office that cares about patients’ wellbeing as a whole.
Our providers (nurse practitioners) provide medication management of mental health issues.
During visits with our nurse practitioners, supportive therapy is offered but it is not the sole focus of the visit. We create a treatment plan that may incorporate medications and/or therapy to allow patients the best options for their mental health journey.
Our providers listen to patients' concerns about their medications as well as listen to what is going on in their life outside of our office, as we know outside factors can contribute to the ups and downs everyone can experience.
